Ingredients
- 6 oz (170gms) raspberries
- 1 c fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c water + 4 cups water
- a handful of mint leaves
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the sugar in 1/4 cup of water until completely dissolved.
- Transfer the sugar syrup to a blender, add raspberries, lemon juice, 4 cups of water and mint.
- Blend until smooth.
- Filter the seeds and mint bits.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
