Ingredients
- 1 c Greek strained yogurt
- 1 large clove garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 tsp. dill, chopped
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber into a colander. Stir in a pinch of salt and let sit for a few minutes.
- Squeeze out as much water out of the cucumber as you can.
- Combine all the ingredients together. Serve at room temperature or cold. Keeps well refrigerated for 3-5 days.
