Ingredients
- 2 apples, cored and chopped
- 2 persimmon, chopped
- 1 pomegranate
- 3 clementines, segmented
- 2 -3 plums (if you can find them)
- 1 kiwi, chopped
- 5 -6 basil leaves, sliced into shreds
- 1/4 c walnuts
- 2 tbsp. pecans
For the dressing
- 1/4 c peach cider
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. sugar
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the peach cider, cinnamon and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped fruits (make sure to chop them in bite-sized pieces ) and basil. Gently toss to combine.
- Chill the fruits until ready to serve.
- Just before you're ready to serve, drizzle over the dressing and sprinkle nuts all over. Serve cold.
