Ingredients
- 2 Ramen noodles 'cake' with the taste maker
- Water according to the packet instructions + 1/4 cup
- 2 -3 tsp oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 capsicum (bell pepper) , chopped
- 1/4 tsp. Cumin powder
- 1 tsp. Red Chilli powder
- 1 tsp. Garam Masala
- 2 -3 pinches ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- A handful of green coriander, chopped
Instructions
- Boil the Instant Ramen noodles along with the taste maker in the amount of water specified on the packet. Take care not to over cook it. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a large pan and sauté the capsicum and onions for about a minute. Stir in the dried spices and cook till the spices are no longer raw. Add salt to taste.
- Add the cooked noodles along with any cooking liquid. If not, add some more water just to moisten up the noodles, to make it easier to stir.
- Transfer to a bowl, garnish with chopped fresh coriander and serve hot.
