- 4 c melon of choice (I used cantaloupe)
- 4 tbsp. Sugar (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Blend all the ingredients till there are no lumps or pieces of fruit.
- Pour into a metal container (I used an 8" cake tin) and freeze overnight. Every couple of hours, stir it in with a fork (or pulse in a blender) to prevent crystallization.
- At the end, you should have a smooth, scoop-able consistency. Serve chilled.
- Can be frozen for a week.
