Ingredients
- 2 c cauliflower florets, cooked
- 1/2 c green peas, cooked
- 3/4 c onions
- 1 c bell peppers
- 1 c carrots
- 1 tbsp. ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp. garlic, grated
- 1/2 tsp. fried red chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. red chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp. oil
- Salt, to taste
- Cilantro / Spring onion to garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic and fry until golden brown and crisp.
- Add onions, bell peppers and carrots. Sauté for a few minutes along with fried red chilli flakes and salt.
- Add the cooked cauliflower and peas. Toss while adding the red chilli sauce and ketchup.
- Adjust seasoning and garnish with chopped spring onions or cilantro. Serve hot!
