Ingredients
- 1 c Torani Hibiscus Syrup
- 7 c chilled water
- 4 -5 strawberries, chopped
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 sprig mint
Instructions
- Microwave the berries for 2mins, then press through a sieve to get the juice. Discard pulp and seeds.
- Gently muddle the mint (to bruise lightly) at the bottom of the pitcher. Add the strawberry juice, Torani Hibiscus syrup, lime juice and water.
- Serve chilled on ice with a few thin slices of strawberry and lime. Garnish glass with a sprig of mint. Keeps well refrigerated for a week.
